Update for 03/2020

1. Go to the Vimeo video page
2. Open Developer Tools
3. Search for config_url
4. Copy the entire value for config_url starting with https
5. Paste the string in a text editor, and update all the double slashes that look like \/ and replace them with just a single /
6. Paste the updated string into your web browser
7. Search for the text: mp4 and use that url to download the format of your choice
